Configure API keys and models privately here, or in data/provider.env using provider.env.example. Keys never appear in exports. Set THINTEL_ENABLE_PAID_APIS=yes only when you explicitly authorize paid processing; the active mandate and each job's separate approval are still required.
Claude writes image instructions; an approved OpenAI image job renders the PNG. Claude Enterprise project retrieval requires Compliance access. Chat-app imports are available now; live account sync is not connected.
Trello, Outlook, Google, Meta & TikTok
Read-only previews require your credentials and an explicit import. Mail previews stay private to Managing Director until selected items are shared with a project. Company campaign snapshots are visible to Marketing, CEO, COO and Analyst. No cards, messages, events, files or ads are changed.

Signed commands from your number only: /ceo instruction, /team objective, /status, /help. With replies enabled, the CEO acknowledges each command and sends the finished result back to your number — and only your number. Paid AI, approvals and spending stay in the dashboard.
Connection steps
- In Meta for Developers, create an app of type Business, add the WhatsApp product and note the phone-number ID, WhatsApp business-account ID and the app's app secret (App settings → Basic). Create a permanent system-user access token with whatsapp_business_messaging and whatsapp_business_management.
- Click Configure WhatsApp, save those values, your own number in international digits (e.g. 3579…), and the relay address you will use, e.g.
https://thintel.co/wa/whatsapp-relay.php. - Click Download relay file and upload it with SiteGround Site Tools → File Manager to that address (e.g. folder
public_html/wa). - In Meta → WhatsApp → Configuration, set the callback URL to the relay address and the verify token shown after the download; subscribe to messages.
- Enable commands and replies below, click Send test message, then send
/helpfrom your phone.
Your computer is never exposed: it collects messages from the relay every few seconds and re-checks Meta's signature itself. Free-form replies work within 24 hours of your last message to the business number.
Company DNA
The company's DNA (facts plus the APQC process map) comes from the shared THINTEL DNA hub and is added to every new workforce assignment, so the CEO, CFO and the whole team work from the same company profile. It refreshes automatically every 15 minutes. Create the app key in the THINTEL web app: Admin console → Company DNA → Connect an app (a write key also lets you send answers back as suggestions).
